Pixelated Tower V6.1

Located at 175 Ocean Park Blvd in Santa Monica, the project explores strategies for densifying the coastal residential fabric by transitioning from single-family homes to mid-rise housing typologies. This approach addresses the growing demand for housing while promoting a more efficient use of land along the beachfront.

The design process integrates artificial intelligence through the use of curated image datasets to generate a speculative front façade. This façade then becomes the starting point for a reverse-engineering process, in which the entire architectural proposal is developed from the image outward—bridging speculative design with real-world feasibility and constructability.
